Our process
All of the engineering design, programming, parts making, assembly and testing of the system happens in our engineering workshop. Once the system’s operation is validated, it is installed on site in a time-efficient manner, so your line stays down for as little time as possible.
Floorplan & line analysis
We evaluate your existing conveyor layouts, assembly bottlenecks and process vulnerabilities.
Custom systems engineering
We design the physical material flow, prepare a detailed high-level design of the solution, select the right robotic kinematics and script the inspection algorithms. We then go through a series of design reviews with you and update the design based on your feedback until it is approved for building the initial prototype.
Creating the solution
After the design is approved for production, the automation system is built, programmed, tested and validated.
